3.4 Non-Transferability. dream88 accounts, account balances, Loyalty Points, bonus credits, and winnings are personal to the registered Player and may not be transferred, assigned, sold, or otherwise disposed of to any third party. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in immediate account suspension.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. dream88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, debit and credit cards, and cryptocurrency where available. Supported methods are subject to change and are listed on the payments page of the Platform at all times.

4.5 Currency. All account transactions on dream88 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional rewards issued by dream88 are subject to wagering requirements and specific promotion terms communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus terms in this Section apply where no specific promotion terms provide otherwise.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. 6.1 Game Integrity. All electronic games available on dream88 use independently certified RNG systems. RNG certification is conducted by testing laboratories approved by PAGCOR. The results of all games are final upon settlement and are not subject to reversal except in the event of a proven technical malfunction.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude dream88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 Suspension by dream88. dream88 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect:
11.2 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting dream88 customer support. Account closure requests are processed within one business day. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after standard withdrawal processing, provided all outstanding KYC and wagering requirements are satisfied.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination — whether initiated by dream88 or the Player — all accrued Loyalty Points, unused bonus funds, and pending promotional rewards are forfeited. 12.1 Initial Complaint. 12.3 Waiver of Class Action. Any dispute between a Player and dream88 must be brought in the Player's individual capacity. Players waive any right to participate in a class action, consolidated proceeding, or representative action against dream88.
